About Lifted Fitness Studio
Our Mission
Lifted Fitness Studio is a community based fitness studio AKA "gym" that offers a group fitness classes in Shawnee, OK. We host unique and fun styles of group fitness that you can't find anywhere near us! Your overall health is important to us and we want to be a place where you feel better walking out than you did walking in. Creating a culture of acceptance is a huge deal to us and we make it a priority!

This "gym" (studio) is here to support you if it's your first fitness classes or if you have done strength workouts in the past.

We are open during class times ONLY! The range above is a range of when our class time are but we do not have "open gym" hours.
We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Other holidays are TBA based on day of the week - we often have limited hours on those days.
