3) Log in using the password you created in step 1.
4) Click on our logo from the home page and the schedule will be available there, scroll week to week left/right over the numbers on teh calendar
5) Decide how you're going to book: Single drop-in, Intro Pass (4 week unlimited classes $49)
If you really enjoy H.E.A.T.™ of any of our other classes there are monthly memberships available.

We believe in building a strong community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for fitness. We host gatherings such as New Years parties, Galentine's, group 5Ks, Hyrox training (NOT an affiliated gym) and fitness challenges, to bring our members together.
