Bike classes at Lifted are designed for all experience levels. Cycling fitness you probably haven't seen before! You won’t find this anywhere else in Shawnee with indoor cycling like ours. We do a fun style of rhythm riding that incorporates lots of upper and lower body. Each class is different with a combination of hills, weights, combos, sprints and surges.
The group fitness atmosphere coupled with awesome music and the lights being down will have you coming back for more. Bike is really intense cardio that can be adapted with any fitness level. Week by week you will grow stronger and more conditioned. Our instructors are there to lead from the front and motivate you throughout the class!
