This class revolves around HIIT and Tabata style training with rest mixed into intense work. Think bootcamp style & strength training with friends. Some may call this a “bootcamp” style workout. No class is the same and you will constantly be challenged. Circuits, teams, partners, or solo, you never know until you walk through the door.
Burn is designed to challenge strength, core, balance and more! There is a wide variety of how Burn is run from class to class and from instructor to instructor. You will always run into a new workout that works a new muscle you haven’t met before.
